Here are tables showing which consumables are used to make which cooking or alchemy box. The tables show the amount and type of each food or alchemical item needed to make a box. A higher-quality version of the items listed can also be used to make imperial delivery boxes, in which case only a third of the items are used.
At the moment the delivery gift box which used to be a part of the reward has been disabled. Hopefully, this is just a temporary measure while they rework the rewards given from these boxes.
