In Valencia, there are villas that can grant you certain buffs, both for life skilling and combat. To activate these buffs you need to talk to the villa manager and buy from him a “scroll”. But first, you need access into the villa, which will cost you one 100g gold bar (10.000.000 silver) paid to the villa “gatekeeper”.
Once inside the villa, speak to the villa manager. There are two tiers of these buffs, with the buffs lasting for 90 minutes and 180 minutes, respectively.
The Valencia Villa Buffs
The scrolls you can buy are called Turning Gates, Skill and Experience, and Body Enhancement.

Using Your Campsite to Buy the Buff Scrolls
In the Pearl shop, there is the option of buying the Naphart Campsite. If you have this campsite you can access the villa buff scrolls directly, saving you the need to go back to the villa every time you want to renew your villa buff. If you’re a frequent user of the Valencia villa buffs, and you have used the old moon campsite components which you can buy for silver, then you should consider if having this campsite (which is permanent) is worth the cost which is hefty (4.900 pearls when this is written).
